Do you have any products that are not listed?

We will add new products every week, and will add some unlisted products as soon as possible! Please feel free to contact our customer service via email to learn about specific items or brands.

Why was my order canceled?

There are a variety of reasons an order was canceled. The fastest way to figure it out is to contact Customer Care with your order number immediately.

My order was rejected-do I need to place a new order?

If your order is rejected, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

Where can I look for information on the order I placed?

Your Order Confirmation email contains the detail of your order including order number. You also get a tracking number from which you can track your order.

Size and Aftermarket Issues

Where is the size chart?

So glad you’re checking the size chart before purchasing. Each product we offer has distinct sizing and we don’t want you getting the wrong size!
Size charts are super easy to find. Just click on the product you’re interested in and the size chart will be right under the product information.

Accordion Panel

The sizing for most one size products is the following:
1. One Size Fits Most items are suggested to fit 90lbs – 140lbs. If you are XS, SM, MED, and sometimes LG, one size fits most should work for you.
2. One Size Fits Most Plus or Queen items are for the curvaceous ladies. It’s suggested to fit 160lb – 225lbs or a size LG, XL, 1X, 2X, and sometimes a 3X.

My product is defective ,damaged or Missing!

Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged/missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.

Why is my item non-returnable?

It poses a hygiene risk. Items that pose a hygiene risk include panties, hosiery, bodystockings, and wigs.
The item is not in its original, unworn condition. Items that are laundered, have tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume, have lotion or body glitter on them, have human and/or animal hair on them, that are soiled or stained, or not in original packaging.
